WiP Central Scotland: The Power of Planning to Accelerate Gender Equality

Our Chief Executive, Johanna Boyd will be speaking at Women in Planning Central Scotland’s event tonight, 12 March 2025!

We are delighted to share that Johanna will join an inspiring panel of women, including Fiona Simpson (Chief Planner), Debbie Mackay (Head of Scottish Residential and Rural Planning, Savills) and Emma Paton (Partner, Burness Paull LLP). This important event is held in celebration of International Women’s Day.

The panel will share their experiences in the planning profession, exploring a range of topics, including the challenges faced by women at the early stages of their careers and what changes are needed to accelerate gender equality in planning.
